For an independent veterinary practice, that work is real and high-stakes: professional licenses, permits, and renewals, each with its own date, its own paperwork, and its own way of going wrong. Tracking it by memory and sticky notes is a risk hiding in plain sight.
The agent we built
We built an autonomous compliance agent that runs on its own every morning, before the clinic opens. It keeps a live picture of every deadline, watches for what's coming due, and gets ahead of it instead of reacting.
When a renewal approaches, it prepares the filing packet — pre-filled with the practice's details — and sends a clear reminder. Nothing official ever goes out on its own: the agent escalates to a human for approval first. It does the tedious 95%, and hands off the decision.
What it does, step by step
Each morning the agent reviews upcoming renewals and deadlines, flags anything approaching, assembles the paperwork that goes with it, and drafts the reminder to the right person. If a deadline needs action, it raises a hand and waits for a human to approve before anything is submitted.
It's not a dashboard someone has to remember to open. It's a crew member that shows up, does the work, and only interrupts you when it actually needs you.
